Log in to Account After Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

After successfully setting up Two-factor Authentication for your user profile, you will always be prompted to log in using 2FA into your Sprinklr account. Follow the steps mentioned below to log in to your account after setting up 2FA.
Login Steps using 2-Factor Authentication
Go to https://app.sprinklr.com or the URL specified for your organization.
Type the Email and Password that you use to log into Sprinklr. The information is available in the email containing the license.
Next, enter the six-digit OTP that you have received on the registered TFA method. Additionally, you can choose to remember the device for the next 30 days by checking the box alongside: Remember this device for 30 days.

You will not be asked for Two-step verification for the next 30 days when logging from the same device.
NOTE: If there are any problems in getting the code, you can use one of the following alternate methods to get the code – Use a recovery code - Out of the 10 recovery codes that were downloaded, you can use one of the codes to log in. Send pin to your backup phone via SMS - PIN will be sent to the backup phone (registered fallback number) via SMS. Send pin to your backup phone via a voice call - PIN will be communicated via voice call to the backup phone. |
