Historical Reporting Data Capabilities

Sprinklr begins collecting Reporting data after you have added your social accounts to the platform, and will at most pull the last two months of historical data when an account is added. Custom scripts are required to fetch any additional lifetime posts.
Note: Whenever you request a historical backfill, there will be a spike in respective trend metrics for post-level data type.
Reporting Insights: Historical Backfill Capabilities
In addition to the two-month limit for newly added accounts, the following capabilities exist for historical backfill across the platform, broken down by channel and data type.

Account | Yes | For Facebook Account-level data such as page views, page likes, and so on, Sprinklr records the data for the past 2 years from the date you have added the Facebook account in Sprinklr. Sprinklr will not perform backfill on any Facebook Account-level data that is beyond 2 years in the past from the date when the backfill processing starts. | |
