Smart Insights in Reporting Dashboards

Smart Insights, an AI-powered Insights tool does the job of finding the top drivers for any metric shown on the dashboard. It enables you to find and report the pinpointed factors in a summarized format that are contributing towards any deviation or anomaly in their important tracking metrics.

Supported Data Source
Only Inbound Analytics, Post & Account Insights is supported for AI-powered Smart Insights.
Supported Widget Visualisations
There are currently 9 chart types supported for AI-powered Smart Insights: Column, Bar, Line, Spline, Area, Area Spline, Combination, Table, and Dual Axis.
To Access the Smart Insights in Analytics
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Reporting within Analyze.
In the Reporting Home, search & select the desired reporting dashboard.
In the Reporting Dashboard window, click Add Widget in the top right corner or in the middle of the page (if no widgets have been added).
Enter a Widget Name to display at the top of the widget and enter the Widget Description of your Widget. You can also add a video to the description.
Select the desired Data Source as the Inbound Analytics from the drop-down menu for your widget.
Under Select a visualization for your widget,select a chart type for your Widget from the drop-down menu.
Under What would you like to plot on your widget?, add Metrics/Dimensions for your Widget. Click Bulk add metrics/dimensions to select both Metrics and Dimensions. Metrics and Dimensions will be shown in groups so that you to easily identify relevant metrics and dimensions.
In the Add a Metric or Dimension pop-up window, choose the desired Dimension and Metrics from the drop-down menu.
Fill in the remaining details as desired. Click Add to Dashboard in the bottom right corner to add your widget to your dashboard.
Once the widget is created, you will see a Show Smart Insights icon in the top right corner of the widget. Clicking on it will expose the Smart Insights Bulbs at peaks and top insight-worthy points.
Click on a Bulbicon that will open an insight card that will contain a list of summarized insights containing the top contributing drivers for that particular data point.
Next, click on Details, or on any insight message will open up a detailed pane on the right side of the window that will contain relevant details regarding that insight.
