Unified Widget Warning System
Updated
In an effort to improve your experience and simplify the interface, all widget-level warnings/alerts have been consolidated into a single warning icon per widget. With a unified warning icon, you can easily access all relevant alerts and warnings for a specific widget, without feeling overwhelmed by multiple icons or messages.
Types of Widget-level Alerts
Widget-level Account Health Alerts: These warnings notify you when accounts require attention. They help you track accounts that may be in action required state, which could affect data accuracy or reporting.

Note: We have CTAs to re-add or notify admin about the affected accounts.
Note: Access to this feature is controlled by the dynamic properties: ACCOUNT_HEALTH_STATUS_SCREEN_ENABLED and ACCOUNT_HEALTH_STATS_ENABLED_REPORTS. To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
Incompatible Dashboard-Level Filters: These warnings are triggered when a dashboard-level filter is incompatible with the widget's data. For example, a filter applied from one report may not work with a widget based on another report type. This alert ensures you are aware of the filter incompatibility, so you can make necessary adjustments or fix the issue.
Other Widget-Specific Warnings: Along with account health and filter warnings, other widget-specific issues may arise, such as data inconsistencies, missing metrics, or configuration problems. These warnings are also included in the widget-level alert system.
