Advocacy On-Site Member Management Capabilities

Updated

Sprinklr's Advocacy Site offers the feature of On-Site Member Management, which allows Administrators to selectively delegate the authority of Member Management to specific cherrypicked Advocates, thereby empowering these Advocates with the ability to approve, reject, revoke others

Importance

Unified Platform Experience: On-site Member Managers benefit from a streamlined platform, easily managing advocates by viewing and taking actions such as approval or rejection.

Cost Reduction: Large organizations globally can onboard Regional Member Managers with necessary permissions, enabling them to efficiently onboard advocates from their regions. With this approach they can save on seat licensing fees, ensuring seamless and cost-effective Advocacy Programs.

Permissions of On-Site Member Management:

Pending User Requests: Member Managers can Approve or Reject Advocate after checking their details (Screener Questions). Advocates can be assigned specific roles while approving their profile.

Screener Pending Users: Member Managers can remind the advocates whose screener questions are not filled. They can also revoke the advocate's access.

Approved Users: Member Manager can view the details of the Approved Advocates. They have permissions to Reject, Revoke and Delete the advocate from the platform. Member Managers can also give points to the advocates.

Rejected Users: Member Managers can reject any advocate profile who is not part of their advocacy program or from their organization. They also have permission to later approve the rejected advocates with specific roles.

Revoked Users: Member Manager can revoke the site access of advocates in cases of advocate leaving the organization or when they are no longer part of advocacy program.
