Announcements help in one-to-many conversations by making it quick and easy. A supervisor sends an update to all the agents with just a few clicks - making the flow of information very smooth and efficient. Along with sending the announcement, supervisors also view status of the announcement which tells whether an agent has read the announcement or not. This helps to make sure every user of shared user group has read the message.

On the agent screen, a screen popup appears as soon as announcement is shared by the supervisor. Here you can read the announcement message and acknowledge it.
