What are Business Locations?

• Business Locations are entities that allow users to add and manage physical business locations, collect location-specific sources, and organize based on any hierarchies.

• These can include geographic location, management, brand, etc.

• Intelligence is then applied for deep sentiment analysis of guest experience based on an industry-specific category AI model.

Adding Business Locations in Bulk

Business Locations can also be added in bulk on the platform. The process for bulk importing Business Locations into Sprinklr is –

• Location Import: On the Location Page, the import locations option can be used to bulk import the locations. Please refer to this article for more information.

• Configurator: Business Locations can also be added to Sprinklr via the Configurator tool in All Settings. Please refer to this Configurator tool for more information.
