Logs for Detected Contact Drivers in Case Activity

The Logs for Detected Contact Drivers in Case Activity functionality enables the user to get detailed audit logs on the activity log for cases that run through contact driver models for contact driver detection. This helps the user to track the history and changes made to that contact driver for better transparency, and troubleshooting.

When the Conversation Intent fields get updated, the audit log displays that a new log is added. Each Audit Log represents update from one model on one interaction. The log message has a Title (Model_Name with hyperlink to model) ran on interaction (Interaction_Detail) and the actual change.

The Activity screen has the following options for the user to perform for the Audit Logs:

Refresh - The refresh button updates the current view of the audit logs, retrieving the latest audit log. This ensures that users are seeing the most up-to-date audit log.

Sort - The sort button allows the users to arrange data in ascending or descending order as per the date of creation of the audit logs. This enable easier navigation and analysis of information.

Export - The Export button enables users to download the audit log file as per the Start Date and End Date.

Filter - The Filter button provides users with the ability to narrow down audit log data based on the Duration, created "Where" (For example, Macros, Custom fields, Rules and so on) and Condition and Values.

Below image gives a detail of how the audit logs look like whenever a Contact Driver is updated. Also, the Final Audit Log has a timestamp at which the Contact Driver gets updated.
