Learn how you can see the changes made to Keyword Lists using the Audit option within the Keyword Lists window.

After adding or creating a new Keyword List, whenever you make any changes to it, it gets saved in the activity log. You can easily monitor all the changes made to a particular Keyword List using the Audit option. Using the Audit option, you can instantly check if there are changes made to a Keyword List. You will be able to see what changes are made, when and by whom, allowing you to avoid unnecessary changes made to the keyword lists.

To view the Audit Trail for Keyword Lists

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Insights tab, click Keyword Lists within Listen.

2. The Keyword Lists window displays all the Keyword Lists with their name, keywords, tags, owner, created time, and modified time.

3. Hover over the Options icon next the Keyword List whose activity you want to view, and click Audit.

4. This will open the Activity log on the third pane where you can view all the changes that have been made to that keyword list.
