Improvements in the New Custom Field Editor

• Enhanced UI: Better segregation and grouping of the fields on UI.

• Ability to change the Field Type of Custom Fields from Multi to Single:

  • Multi Select to Single Select

  • Text Multi to Text

• Whenever a Multi field type Custom Field is changed to Single field type, an excel with impacted entities on the platform is generated.

  ​

• If a multi select custom field with values A,B is changed to single select custom field with values A,B.

  • For entities with CF values set as A and B, value A will be set post the change i.e. whatever value comes first.

  • For entities with CF value set as either A or B, whichever value is set will remain as is post the change.

  • For entities with no values set for the CF, no change i.e. value will remain blank post the change.

• Whenever there are multiple advanced visibility criteria, users can now select AND/OR operator for dictating how the overall condition should be.
