The Export MetaData Report shows detailed information about the Scheduled Exports that are run from the system. It provides details, including the type of export, export file, export URL, the date and time when it was triggered, the details of the agent who triggered it, and more. The Export MetaData Report belongs to the Miscellaneous Report Group.

Metrics and Dimensions

Below are the Metrics and Dimensions available under the Export MetaData Report:

Export Count

Measures the count of exports dispatched. (When used with the Dimensions from this Report, always display a count of 1).

Owner

Depicts the owner or the creator of the scheduled export configuration. If the owner is deactivated, it shows the backup user of the owner assigned.

Start Time

Indicates the timestamp when the export was triggered or commenced.

Dashboard Name

Indicates the name of the dashboard whose export is sent out.

Status

Depicts the status of the export, indicating whether the export succeeded or failed.

Destination

Depicts the name of the destination where the export is sent.

Count of Rows

Indicates the total number of rows exported in the file.

Export URL

This is the download link of the export file, identical to the one received in user notifications. If the user clicks on the URL, the same export that is sent out is downloaded again.

Export Name

Indicates the name of the scheduled export as mentioned in the environment.

Export Type

Indicates the file format or type in which the scheduled export is sent.
