Generic Macro Usage Report

The Generic Macro Usage Report provides details on the Macros applied at a user, profile, and message level. Refer to the Agent Case Macro Usage Report for Metrics and Dimensions specifically on Macros used by agents on Cases.

Metrics and Dimensions

The following are the Metrics and Dimensions available under the Generic Macro Usage Report:​

Name

Description

Macro Usage Count

The number of times Macros were executed by the agents.

Unique Macro Usage Count

Unique number of times Macros were executed by agents on a particular asset.

Name

Description

Agent

Name of the agent who executed the Macro.

Macro Apply Time

Date timestamp when Macro was applied.

Macro

Name of Macro applied.

Asset Type

Indicates type of asset on which the Macro was executed. It can be at a profile, user or message level.

Asset ID

Indicates unique ID of asset on which the Macro was executed. It can be at a profile, user or message level.

Asset Name

Name of asset on which the Macro was applied (for user level Macros only, it will show agent name, in case of profile level, will show profile name and other details).

Is Bulk Execution?

A Boolean field indicating if the bulk Macro execution was done or not.

Was Change Done?

A Boolean field indicating if any changes were done following the execution of the Macro on the asset or not. (It will be false, where same Macro was applied again, showcasing no visible change to the logs).

Date

Date on which the event occurred.

Day of Year

Day of the year. For example, 1st Jan will be 1, 2nd Jan will be 2, and so on.

Time of day

The specific 1-hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone.

Time of day (30 minutes interval)

The specific half-hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone.

Time of Day (15 Minute Interval)

The specific quarter-hour period within a day when an activity took place, represented in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone.

Week of Year

This is the sequential week number in the year starting the week count with Sunday.

Month Of Year

The name of the Calendar Month on which the activity occurred.

Day of the Week

The name of the day of the week on which the activity occurred.
