Metrics and Dimensions

Below are the Metrics and Dimensions available under the Guided Workflow Report:

Description

Count of GW Executions

Total count of Guided Workflow process executed.

GW Nodes Executed

Measures the number of nodes that were executed.

GW Execution Time

Time taken to execute the Guided Workflow.

GW Completed

Measures count of Guided Workflows completed, that is, reached the last node.

GW Completion %

Measures the percentage of Guided Workflows completed.

GW Abandoned

Measures count of Guided Workflows abandoned.

GW Abandoned %

Measures the percentage of Guided Workflows abandoned.

GW In Progress

Measures count of Guided Workflows in progress.

GW In Progress %

Measures the percentage of Guided Workflows in progress.

Total Unique Cases (Processed by Bot)

Total number of Cases processed by bot.

Total Unique Cases (Processed by IVR)

Total number of cases processed by IVR.

Average time to complete a Guided Workflow.

Description

GW Execution Name

Name of the Guided Workflow. 

Execution State

The current execution state of the Guided Workflow.

Agent

Name of the agent triggering the Guided Workflow.

Case Details

Associated Case to the event, which includes the Case subject, Case ID
and the Description.

GW Screen Reached

The name of the screen reached while executing Guided Workflow.

GW Execution Start Date

Start Time when the Guided Workflow execution was started.

GW Execution End Date

Start Time when the Guided Workflow execution ended.

Asset Type

Indicates the type of asset on which the Guided Workflow was executed. It can be at a Case, user or message level.

Asset ID

Indicates unique ID of asset on which the Guided Workflow was executed.
It can be at a Case, user or message level.

Case Creation Time

Indicates the time for when the Case was created. It will not
aggregate data of Cases based on time interval.

Channel

Provides the name of the channel associated on the Case. This Dimension can be used to segment a common metric across multiple channels and will show the list of all channels associated to the first message of the Case.

Case Number

The ID number associated to the Case Details.

Date

Date on which the event occured.

Day of Year

This is the sequential day number starting with day 1 on January 1st.

Time of day 
The specific 1-hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone. 

Time of day (30 minutes interval)

The specific half-hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone. 

Time of Day (15 Minute Interval)

The specific quarter-hour period within a day when an activity took place, represented in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm)and adjusted to the user's timezone.

Week of Year

This is the sequential week number in the year starting the week count with Sunday.

Month Of Year

The name of the Calendar Month on which the activity occurred.

Day of Week

The name of the day of the week on which the activity occurred.
