User Platform Activity Report

The User Platform Activity Report shows detailed information about the entire user activity, including dashboard usage, user updates, account, password, Macros, post usages, and edits. It provides an in-depth view of the activity the agent is performing on the platform apart from the other day-to-day activities. The User Platform Activity Report belongs to the Miscellaneous Report Group.

Number of Agents

Measures the unique count of agents associated with the activities performed.

Activity Count

Measures the count of different activities performed by the agents.

Agent

Name of the agent who is associated with the activity or performed an activity.

Asset

Name of the asset that is associated with the activity, such as dashboard name (if the dashboard was viewed, edited, or updated) and user name (if the user was viewed, added, or deleted).

Asset ID

ID of the asset that is associated with the activity, such as dashboard name (if the dashboard was viewed, edited, or updated) and user name (if the user was viewed, added, or deleted).

Activity Date

Indicates the date timestamp when the activity took place.

Agent Group

Indicates the agent group of the agent who was associated with the activity (the user who performed the activity). If the agent is part of multiple agent groups, the row will be duplicated with each agent group appearing in different rows.

Dashboard Module

Indicates the type of dashboard module if it is listening, engagement, work force management or care dashboard.

Asset Type

Type of the asset which is associated with the activity, such as dashboard name (if the dashboard was viewed, edited, or updated) and user name (if the user was viewed, added, or deleted).

Activity Group

Defines the group to which the activity is a part of.

Activity ID

Indicates the unique ID associated to each activity performed/done.

Activity Type

Indicates the type of the activity performed, such as if user was viewed, edited or dashboard viewed, edited, or updated.

Workspace

Indicates the Workspace to which all the activities are associated with.

Agent Id

The Sprinklr user ID for whom the report is being generated.

Agent Email Id

Email ID of the user.

Agent Federation Id

Federation ID of the user for whom report is been generated.

Date

Date on which the event occured.

Day of Year

This is the sequential day number starting with day 1 on January 1st.

Time of day

The specific 1-hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone.

Time of day (30 minutes interval)

The specific half-hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone.

Time of Day (15 Minute Interval)

The specific quarter-hour period within a day when an activity took place, represented in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's timezone.

Week of Year

This is the sequential week number in the year starting the week count with Sunday.

Month Of Year

The name of the Calendar Month on which the activity occurred.

Day of the Week

The name of the day of the week on which the activity occurred.

Agent Skills assigned to the agent, if multiple Skills are assigned, it will come comma separated.

Agent Skill VS Proficiency (Comma Separated)
