Entity-based Search
Updated
Searching for specific information with a keyword is a laborious task when performed manually. Even making a complex query to fetch your desired information might yield ambiguous results. For instance, searching for Amazon – the brand can also fetch information on Amazon—the rainforest, River, or even the Volvo Amazon car.
To tackle this ambiguity, Sprinklr has introduced its AI-powered Entity-based Search. It allows users to quickly search for a specific entity and get only relevant results by filtering out the irrelevant ones. This approach simplifies the search process and reduces the time spent on building queries. It is the simplest and most efficient way of a search experience and can simply be accessed via entity operator.
Using Entity-based search to refine your query
This new AI model has been introduced in the powerful Quick Search and you can use it like you have been using the query builder before, a simple entity operator.
The entity operator provides you millions of suggestions and narrows down to the relevant results as you provide input.
The right suggestion can be selected by a mouse click on it or by pressing keyboard shortcut, Tab. Press Enter or click the Search button to view the relevant mentions.
You can later save this Query as a Research Query and use for later use.
