Twitter Audience Studies update automatically every 7 days. Other reports are static. In order to get the latest data, please create new reports.
A Linkedin Ads account is required to be authenticated in Sprinklr in order to use Linkedin Audience studies. Please contact your Success Manager for more details.
Depending on the report type, you can expect the following processing time –

In case your report is taking longer than the expected time, please reach out to Sprinklr Support.
The list of brands & influencers for each category is based on an internal database made with top/popular brands and personalities in each category.
If a brand/influencer is unavailable on the list, it does not imply that the audience does not follow it or has no affinity. Our database might not include that brand in the current list.
If you are unable to find some brands/influencers in the widgets, please share the list across that category with Bhaskar Gurnaney (bhaskar.gurnaney@sprinklr.com). It can be added to the dashboard within 2-3 weeks depending on the next available patch.
Due to insufficient data: In case there are not enough audience profiles in the input, reports may fail to process. Please ensure there are more than 100 audience profiles matching the input conditions to minimise report failures.
Due to internal error: Report failed due to a technical issue. We recommend queuing the report again. In case it still does not work, please reach out to Sprinklr Support.
