To obtain the data from the URLs, raise a Source Verification request with the URLs. Once approved by the product team, it will be raised with the data provider. The turnaround time for the completion of an SV request is 7-10 days depending on the priority and number of requests.

Process:

  1. Open this link, make a copy of the sheet and add “site name” as the domain, Reviews as the media type, and the URLs.

  2. Use this form to submit the request. Don’t forget to mention the link to the Google Sheet in the form.

  3. It is recommended to keep the status of the sheet editable for Sprinklr Employees so that SV teams can update the status on the sheet itself to avoid any unnecessary mails.

Some domains require Source Verification for data to be fetched within Sprinklr. Refer to this doc for the complete list: Source Coverage in Location Insights
