Creating Followers Network Report

Follow the steps shown below to create a Followers Network report – 

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Audience Insights within Learn.

  2. On the Audience Study window, click the Create Audience Study button in the top right corner.

  3. On the Select Business Objective popup window, select Advanced Audience Study and and click Process to Create.

    Note: Audience Study (supports Twitter & LinkedIn) and Profile Impersonation Report (supports only Twitter) are two other options available as business objective.

  4. On the Create Advanced Insights Report creation form, enter the name of the report and then select report type, i.e. Followers Networks. For more information, refer to Create Advanced Insights Report – Fields & description.

  5. Click Create Report in the bottom right corner.

Note: The entire input audience defined will be considered for the report up to 1 million profiles. For inputs greater than 1 million, we will take a sample of the users matching the criteria.

Once the report is ready, it will be listed in the main screen of the Audience Insights Manager. You will also receive a push notification once the report is ready for use.

Note: On an average, it will take 45-60 minutes for the report to be ready once submitted, depending on the size of the audience input.

Audience Input

​Select profiles based on what they are talking about by using Topics or defining keywords via a query. Authors of the messages meeting the input criteria will be included.

Include Conditions

Create a condition using dimensions along with AND/OR operator that you want to include in the report. You can add one or multiple Condition Groups.

Exclude Conditions

Create a condition using dimensions along with AND/OR operator that you want to exclude in the report. You can add one or multiple Condition Groups.

You can add more condition groups with Include/Exclude Conditions options.

Followers Network Conditions

Filter your audience’s affinities by followers count to discover popular or niche accounts followed by them.

Define conditions to filter top accounts followed by your audience shown as part of the cluster visualisation in the report.

Audience Input

The Audience Input section contains a form where an input audience is defined. You can add one or more profile-level attributes by selecting in the drop down as shown below –

You can use the middle operator drop-down to determine whether the filter should include or exclude any value by using Containing/Not containing. In this way you can freely create multiple inclusion and exclusion criteria for your filters.

More conditions can be added by selecting the + sign next to a condition added. You can also select the condition to be followed AND/OR between the conditions using the drop-down within the condition group.

Similarly, you can add multiple condition groups using the Add Condition Group option and define the relationship between each block using the drop down selector at the top of all condition groups added.

Note: You can also use the Exclude Conditions group placed at the bottom to exclude profiles with specific dimensions directly.

Let's understand with the following example –

If you want to analyze the an audience group defined as follows:

  • Follower of your brand on Twitter

  • Identify themselves as gamers

  • Belong to UK

  • Not verified

You can use the profile-level dimensions as shown in the screenshot to create an Audience Input as per your criteria –
