Detailed Call States

The Detailed Call States provides a comprehensive view of the call's journey as it progresses through Sprinklr system. It shows when each state was applied to the call, along with information about the caller associated with that state and the timestamp of the event.

The Detailed Call State Report belongs to Voice Additional Report Group. Below are some of the scenarios where this report is beneficial:

  • In-depth Analysis: Delivers a thorough analysis of the Call Journey, tracking each stage from start to finish.

  • Call State Overview: Provides a sequential overview of each call state, offering insights into the call’s progression through the system.

Case-level Custom Fields (CF) are supported in this Report. Plotting any Case-level CF will display the value attribute for that field on the Case.

Metrics and Dimensions

The following are the Metrics and Dimensions available under the Detailed Call States Report:

Description

Call Count

The total number of calls that came into the system or were dialed out by the system is a sum of both inbound and outbound calls.

Call State

Indicates the different states that the call goes through in the customer journey, including values like customer connected, assigned to agent, agent connected, etc. 

Conversation ID 

Unique ID associated with that particular call. (There can be multiple calls associated to a case, and each call will have a separate and unique conversation ID) 

Case Number 

The ID number associated to the Case Details 

Case Details

The case is associated with the event and includes the case subject, case ID, and description. 

Call States Actual Time (Epoch)

Indicates the epoch time for when the particular call state event took place 

Caller for the particular conversation State 

Indicates the ID of the caller for the particular call states if it was the IVR, queue, user or any external agent 

Call States Actual Time (Timestamp) 

Indicates the time for when the particular call state event took place (in timestamp readable format)
