Time Off Request Report

The Time Off Request Report is a robust feature that offers a complete overview of the Time Off audit trail, ensuring effective management of time off requests. It allows the workforce managers to track and analyze the history of Time Off requests by providing insights into timestamps, time-off patterns, types of leave requested, user activity, leave status and policy details. The report captures all time off requests submitted by agents.

The Time Off Request Report belongs to the Workforce Management Report Group. Below are some of the scenarios where this Report is beneficial:

  • Audit and Compliance: Maintains a clear audit trail of time off requests to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Leave Pattern Analysis: Identifies patterns such as peak leave days, frequent leave requests from specific agents, or common requested leave types.

Metrics and Dimensions

The following are the Metrics and Dimensions available under the Time Off Request Report:

Description 

Time Off Duration 

The total duration of time off requested or taken by a user.

The category or type of time off (e.g., Sick Leave, Vacation, Personal Leave). 

Agent 

The Sprinklr user for whom the report is being generated 

Agent ID 

The Sprinklr user ID for whom the report is being generated 

Agent Manager 

Agent Manager Assigned to the user 

Time Off Status 

The status of the time off request (e.g., Approved, Pending, Rejected). 

Time Off Reviewer 

The person responsible for approving or rejecting the time off request. 

Time Off Start Time 

The specific start time when the time off begins. 

Date 

The date on which the event occurred. 

Activity Type 

The classification of the activity associated with the time off (e.g., Paid Leave, Unpaid Leave). 

Time Off End Time 

The specific end time when the time off concludes. 

Day of Year 

This is the sequential day number starting with day 1 on January 1st 

Time of day  

The specific 1 hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's time zone.  

Time of day (30 minutes interval) 

The specific half-hour period within a day when an activity occurred, displayed in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm) and adjusted to the user's time zone.  

Time of Day (15 Minute Interval) 

The specific quarter-hour period within a day when an activity took place, represented in the 24-hour clock format (hh:mm)and adjusted to the user's time zone. 

Week of Year 

This is the sequential week number in the year starting the week count with Sunday 

Month Of Year 

The name of the Calendar Month on which the activity occurred. 

Day of Week 

The name of the day of the week on which the activity occurred. 

Day of Time Range 

This dimension specifies the respective day number in the selected time range. Note that the start date will be referred to as Day 1 and so on. 

Agent Email Id 

Email ID of the user.
