After publishing your articles, you have the option to manage their order, pin specific articles, and control indexing.

To set the order of articles on the Community

1. When Add Order to Community Message permission is given, you can define the order in which articles are shown on Community.

2. In Widget Library, set the Sort By field as Order and the Sort Order field as desired in the Conversation widget.

3. On Community, hover over the Options icon alongside the article and select Set Order.

4. On the Set Order pop-up window, set the desired value.

To pin articles on Community

When the Pin Post permission is given, you can pin the articles to feature them on the Home or Category page. Articles mapped to multiple categories can be pinned on all the mapped categories.

To disallow indexing of articles on Community

When the Allow Link Indexing permission is given, you can disallow indexing of articles on Community by clicking on the ​​Options​​ icon and selecting ​​Disallow Indexing​​. It will ​​prevent​​ those articles from appearing in the ​​index​​ and being crawled by search engine web crawlers.​
