You can add or update brands directly through an Excel spreadsheet import functionality. The valid extensions are CSV, XLS, TSV, and XLSX. As an expansion to the existing brand import functionality, this feature supports the massive import of multiple lists of brands at a time.

To bulk import Brands

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, select Brands within Learn.

   

2. On the Brands window, click the Import icon in the top right corner.

   

3. On the Bulk Import Brands popup window, click Download Excel Template in the top right corner to download the Excel template.

   

4. After saving the Excel sheet with the required values, click Upload or simply drag and drop the Excel file to upload brands.

   

5. The uploaded Excel sheet will be listed. Click Import in the bottom right corner to import the brands.
