List of operators supported in Quick Search

Use advanced search operators to refine your search results in Quick Search and Research Query Dashboards.
The following advanced search operators are supported in Quick Search –
Operator | Syntax | Definition |
OR | Social OR Sprinklr | Search for messages that contain either "Social" or "Sprinklr" or both in the message body |
AND | Social AND Sprinklr | Search for messages that contain both the keywords "Social" and "Sprinklr" in the message body |
NOT | Social NOT Sprinklr | Search for messages that contain the keyword "Social" but do not contain the keyword "Marketing" |
NEAR | Social NEAR/4 Sprinklr | Search for "Social" within 5 words of proximity to "Sprinklr" |
ONEAR | Social ONEAR/4 Sprinklr | Search for "Social" and "Sprinklr" within 5 words' proximity in the order specified (first Social and then Sprinklr) |
author | author: “Tim Soulo” | This will search for the posts/messages posted by Tim Soulo |
entity | entity : "Amazon (Company)" | This will search for conversations only related to Amazon as a company cutting all the irrelevant spam |
title | title: sprinklr | This will search for the messages like review, heading, etc. whose title contains sprinklr |
message | message: ("World Cup 2021") | This will search for messages that have World Cup 2021 in their description/text |
language | language: en | This will search for posts/messages in the specified language, i.e. English |
followers | You can use the follower operator when you want to fetch mentions from the profiles with a specific number of followers. For example:

guid | guid:144899759623257 | Track a specific Tweet based on its ID. The Tweet ID can be obtained from the end of a Tweet URL For example, twitter.com/Sprinklr/status/144899759623257 guid stands for Globally Unique IDentifier |
engagingWithGuid | engagingWithGuid: 1448997596232572930 | Track retweets, Quoted Retweets, comments, and replies to a specific Tweet based on its ID. The Tweet ID can be obtained from the end of a Tweet URL For example, twitter.com/Sprinklr/status/1448997596232572930 |

messageType | messageType: ("Twitter Mentions" OR "Twitter Retweets") | It can be used as a filter operator to fetch only specific message types |
quotedMessage | quotedMessage: (keywords) | This will fetch data only from the quoted part of the quoted tweet, not the original tweet |
source | source: Twitter | It can be used as a filter operator with AND condition to get messages from specific sources |
spamCategory | spamCategory: (Advertisements OR "Inappropriate Content") | spamCategory operator can be used as a filter operator with AND condition to exclude AI-detected Ads or Inappropriate content |
titleCharCount | titleCharCount: [0 TO 15] | This will return conversations having a certain number of characters in the title |
