Import data through Data Pipeline

This Article is only for reference for existing implementations leveraging Data Pipeline and supported for maintenance only.
Sprinklr enables you to import large dataset of users in any format. This doesn't require you upload the data in a Sprinklr format rather your own format. All you need to do is map the fields as per your format to the desired Sprinklr fields. Here the steps on how you can achieve this:
Click the New Tab icon under Sprinklr Social, select Manage Pipelines within Listen.
In the top-right corner of the Data Flow window, click Create Normal Pipeline.
Click Add Datasource and select a source for the data.
Click From file. Select the file and Enter the details according to the selected data source.
Select Manual upload in Data Consumption section.
Click Upload / Add Datasource / Save after entering the details.
On the Pipeline window, hover over the Addition icon linked to the data source and select a data transformation function or an output junction for your final report. Data Transformation allows you to manipulate the data fetched in the pipeline using several functions and formulas to create a desired final report with the relevant data.
Click on Addition icon once all the requirements are made in the dataset and click Generic Sink.
Select Sprinklr profile from the Select Sink Element.
Map the pipeline columns to match the sink report.
Click Save in the bottom right corner to save the changes.
In the top-right corner of the Pipeline window, toggle the Pipeline status icon to activate your pipeline.
Once the pipeline is activated click on Manual Run in the bottom right corner and upload the file. Click Run.
