Volumetric Alerts offer an effective early warning system that informs you when the specific pre-set criterion is met. Based on the metric of your choice and the type of trend you want to monitor, you can set a quantitative threshold value.

Sprinklr allows you to pick from two types of triggering conditions within the Volumetric alerts –

• Threshold-based alert: Triggered when a threshold value limit is breached in a desired time frame of your choice.

• Irregular activity alert: Triggered when there is an unusual activity in a time range; the user can define the increment/decrement in the metric value and also customize the time range for comparison.

Once identified, the system triggers an alert for all the intended parties via an email notification. These emails can be further customized as per your use case

• Alerting at all instances when there is a breach in a metric value
