Trigger Survey Distribution Node

Introduction

The Trigger Survey Distribution node allows you to configure and execute pre-defined survey distributions within a CFM journey. It supports Email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels, triggering distribution based on incoming profile data.

Steps to Navigate

  1. Go to left navigation of CFM persona app.

  2. Click Journey Facilitator.

    You can view all previously created journeys in the record manager, including both custom and default trigger-based journeys.

  3. Click + Add Journey.

  4. Go to Create Journey and fill basic information:

    1. Journey Name: Add name.

    2. Description: Add description.

    3. Start Journey From: Select a start date and time.

    4. Run Journey Until: Select end date and time.

    5. Select Journey Type:

      1. Segment Based: Allows you to select Audience Segment.

        1. Select Audience.

      2. Profile Based: Allows you to select Profile List.

      3. Trigger Based: No need to select profiles upfront.

    6. Go to Share Settings and select User/User Groups who should have access.

    7. Click Save.

    8. Go to Trigger Survey Distribution Node:

      The trigger survey distribution feature has been added to the Journey Processes section of the CFM journey setup flow. This node can be added in all types of the journey facilitators.

      1. Click Add Element(+).

      2. Journey Process.

        This node executes as soon as profile with the contact information of distribution channel added in the node is sent to the node via the journey flow. For setting up this node, the you need to add information of a trigger-based distribution already setup within a survey.

      3. Select Trigger Survey Distribution.

      4. Fill Details:

        1. Name: Enter Name.

        2. Survey: You needs to select the survey for which they have set up the trigger-based distribution(Mandatory).

        3. Channel: You need to select the channel through which they wish to trigger the already set up trigger-based distribution(Mandatory)

        4. Distribution: After selecting the survey and channel, you must then choose an existing trigger-based distribution set up for that survey and selected channel. Currently, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email support trigger-based distribution.(Mandatory)

        5. Click Save.

          After filling in the details, you can save and add this node to the journey, then choose to add more nodes or end the journey as needed.

      5. Click Save & Deploy.
