Standard Social Listening Dashboards

Overview

You can do a fast and easy review of analytics via pre-built standard dashboards that have a number of pre-built widgets. Sprinklr can generate an Overview Dashboard and an Insights Dashboard in the left pane which correspond to configured Topics and Topic Groups. Through Listening you can have meaningful insights to enhance conversations that matter most to you.

You can view data from multiple topics inside the selected topic group in the Overview Dashboard. To learn about Listening Overview dashboard, see Listening Overview Dashboard.

If you select the Insights Dashboard, you can only fetch data from only one topic inside the selected topic group on this dashboard. To learn about Listening Insight dashboard, see Listening Insights Dashboard.

The Value of Listening Insights 

The Listening Module is a premium module within the Sprinklr platform that fetches keyword-based searches from sources across the social web. Content includes publicly available data from popular sources including Twitter, Google+, blogs, mainstream news, forums, photo and video sites, social network communities and broad searches. Sprinklr also connects into other social and enterprise technologies, allowing for searching and analysis. The Listening module enables you to view messages from millions of sources in one place, making monitoring and analysis simple.

When to Use Listening Insights 

You should use Listening when you want to gather a unique dataset based on specific keywords and phrases. When owned social messages are not enough to understand the broader conversations your brand needs to follow, you should use Listening. Some examples of when to use Listening include brand monitoring, crisis management, consumer monitoring, and competitive analysis.
