Best practices with Dynamic Account Groups

Dynamic Account Groups allow System Administrators to move the new accounts to the required account groups based on appropriate properties without having to navigate away from the New Account window. In this article, we share some of the best practices with Dynamic account groups.

Types of Account Groups to Configure:
A group for each channel (Channel: Facebook, Channel: YouTube)
A group for each team or brand (Team: English, Team: Spanish)
Creating Dynamic Account Groups:
Administration → Settings → Account Groups → Create Account Group
Create a Channel: [channel name] account group based on the Account Property of Account: Channel. Include the appropriate value. Permission the account group to the appropriate user group.
Repeat for all Account: Channels values.Create a Team (or Brand): [team/brand name] account group based on the Account Property of Account: Team (or Brand). Include the appropriate value. Permission the account group to the appropriate user group.
Repeat for all Account: Team (or Brand) values.
Adding Accounts to Account Groups:
Administration → Settings → Accounts
Select the appropriate channel.
Go to the dropdown menu. Choose Properties.
Select the appropriate Account: Channel.
Select the appropriate Account: Team or Brand.
Navigate to Administration → Settings → Account Groups to view the populated Account Groups
