Sprinklr provides the ability to create a new account group via the Advanced Search option in the publisher window. This helps you save a lot of time as it creates your account group on the go while publishing a post.
Follow the steps mentioned in this article to create an account group by using the publisher.

Steps

1. Open the Publish window from the top black navigation bar by clicking on Create Post.​

2. Click the Advanced Search option​

3. Select attributes to filter by. These attributes are specified in the Account Settings page, under each account​

4. Click all the selection boxes next to accounts you would like to use, then either click Add Accounts to use these filters once, or go to Save Selection as Account Group to create a new Account Group based on these filters​

5. If you go to Save Selection as an Account Group, you will be prompted to provide a name for the Account Group. Do so, then click Add Accounts. 

6. Your newly-created Account Group will now be accessible for all future uses of Publishing, as well as in the account groups settings. ​

Note: You can create only a Static Account Group using this feature.
