Add Subscribers for Account Deactivation Notifications

You can add subscribers to your accounts to send notifications when an account is deactivated. In cases, when an admin misses these notifications, subscribers can be very useful. You can follow the steps mentioned in this article to add subscribers for an account.

Steps

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Platform Modules, click Social Accounts within Listen.

  2. On the Accounts (Settings) window, hover over the desired account's Options icon and select Edit. ​

  3. Under the Subscribers section, select User/User Groups to subscribe to the respective account to send a notification when any user deactivates.

  4. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

Note: Notification would not be sent in case of manual deactivation of the account. Only when an account is deactivated due to password change or any other changes natively, the system will send an alert to all account subscribers.
