Re-adding Facebook Page will allow you to re-authenticate the Facebook Business Manager account in Sprinklr. This will help in cases such as when auth token expires due to password change and in cases when your account gets deactivated (reasons detailed out in this article).

This article will guide you on how to re-add your Facebook Page in Sprinklr.

Steps

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click Accounts within Platform Setup.

2. Click Add Account in the top right corner of the Accounts (Settings) window.

3. On the Add Account window, click Facebook Page from the channel options provided.

4. On the Facebook Pages Accounts window, you will see the list of Facebook Pages. Select the checkbox for the required Facebook Page(s) and click Add.

5. On the Edit window in Sprinklr, fill in all the required account details, and click Save.
