Manage Tagging

Tagging allows you to place a visual indicator next to the profile, message, or case in the Sprinklr platform. These visual cues act as an attribute and let you quickly identify the type at a glance. With a quick view, you will be able to tell who your tagged profiles, messages, and cases are and whether they are key influencers, competitors, or potential customers. In this article, you will learn about:

  • Edit a Tag

  • Delete a Tag

  • Enable/Disable Tag

  • Reorder Tags

To Edit a Tag

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

  2. On the Platform Settings window, click Manage Customer or Manage Workspace to add tags to either at customer level or at workspace level, respectively. 

  3. Search and select Tagging from the list of options. 

  4. On the Tagging window, hover over the Tag's Options icon  and select Edit.PlatformSetup_ManageCustomer_Tagging_Edit.png

  5. Upon updating Tag details, click Save in the bottom right corner.

Note: You can't change the Select Tag Type while updating the Tag details.

To Delete a Tag

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

  2. On the Platform Settings window, click Manage Customer or Manage Workspace to add tags to either at customer level or at workspace level, respectively. 

  3. Search and select Tagging from the list of options. 

  4. On the Tagging window, hover over the Tag's Options icon  and select Delete.PlatformSetup_ManageCustomer_Tagging_Delete.png

  5. To permanently delete the tag, click Delete from the confirmation pop-up window.PlatformSetup_ManageCustomer_Tagging_Delete_ConfirmationWindow.png

To Disable/Enable a Tag

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

  2. On the Platform Settings window, click Manage Customer or Manage Workspace to add tags to either at customer level or at workspace level, respectively. 

  3. Search and select Tagging from the list of options.

To Reorder Tags

When there are multiple tags at the case/message or profile level, only 3 tags are visible in Agent Console, while the rest are truncated in a plus sign, only visible upon hover making important tags remain hidden. However, on the Tagging window, you can define a priority order for these tags.

To learn more about getting the 'Reorder Tags' capability enabled in your environment, please work with your Success Manager.

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

  2. On the Platform Settings window, click Manage Customer or Manage Workspace to add tags to either at customer level or at workspace level, respectively. 

  3. Search and select Tagging from the list of options. 

  4. On the Tagging window, select Reorder Tags in the top right corner.

  5. On the Tags Reordering window, change the order of the Profile, Case, and Message Tags by dragging and dropping. Hence, the order of the tags shown in Agent Console will be determined from the order that you set here.
