Processing clock on messages

Updated

The Processing Clock helps you measure the amount of time spent on a message. When the Third Pane of the message is closed without using a macro with Stop Processing Clock action, the processing clock will pause and will resume if another user opens the message. This capability can be used to more accurately assess response and processing times.

Note:

To stop the resuming of the processing clock from the pause state, you can apply a Macro configured with Stop Processing User action.

To Pause the Processing Clock in Engagement Dashboards

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

  2. On the Engagement Dashboard, double-click the desired Message. When the Third Pane is opened, the processing clock starts.ModernEngagement_EngagementDashboards_MessageColumn_ProcessingClock.png

  3. On the Message Pane in the right, click the Close icon Space_Icon_Exit or Close.png in the top right corner to close the third pane. The processing clock pauses.

    Note:

When the Third Pane is closed, the Processing Clock is paused until the agent or another agent re-opens the Third Pane.
