Sprinklr’s innovative Product Insights Persona App will offer a revamped user experience designed to provide more granular insights into products. The app's goal is to revolutionize Product Insights by transforming it from a mere reporting tool into a comprehensive end-to-end solution. It leverages AI to deliver valuable, actionable insights into the performance of your products. The upgraded product catalog now provides high-level product metrics & insights right at your fingertips, with key metrics such as star ratings, scores, and domains all consolidated in the product catalog, making product analytics easily accessible.

The Persona App also features pre-curated, customizable reporting templates, such as Brand Health, Competitor Benchmarking, etc. specifically designed to target the most common use cases, streamlining dashboard creation and saving time. The app maximizes its reporting capabilities by using Insights Assistant to provide product-specific suggestions on how to improve customer satisfaction across product pain points.

User Personas

The new product provides valuable insights into various user personas.

  • For Product Analysts, it offers a simple and straightforward way to access decisive insights about their products, eliminating the need for in-depth exploration of every dashboard and widget.

  • For Product Managers, the product comes with pre-curated templates, enabling fast-paced report creation without having to start from scratch each time.

  • For Brand Managers, it provides quick and actionable insights into how their brand and products are performing, along with suggestions on how to improve their marketing campaigns.

How to Access the Persona App?

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Product Insights.

  2. You will be taken land on the Home Page of the Persona App.

Home Page

The home page of the Persona App showcases important product insights in a summarized form.

  • Weekly Summary highlights mentions, experience score, and positive/ negative insights. Each data point can be drilled down by clicking on it.

  • The Top Insights widget sources the top unread insights from the Insights Assistant.

Product Catalog

The Persona App features a convenient new product catalog that provides high-level information about your products with just a glance. Users will no longer need to open the dashboard for each individual product and sift through multiple widgets to gain insights. This streamlined approach speeds up your workflow.

Key product metrics, such as star ratings, scores, domains, mentions, etc., are displayed in an easy-to-use list view within the product catalog, allowing you to quickly access the information you need with just a few clicks.

Additionally, you can easily access the product dashboard by clicking the options icon located before the product name in the product catalog. The upgraded product dashboard is highly customizable, giving you the flexibility to tailor it to meet your specific work goals.

Grid View

The new Grid View provides a comprehensive, visually appealing overview of all products, represented as cards that showcase their key metrics - Star Rating, Reviews, and Domains. This view presents product metrics in a more engaging and user-friendly manner, complete with product images, making it easier and more engaging to access the information you need.

Third Pane Drilldown

The Product Third Pane provides quick access to key product metrics. These deep and crucial insights are easily accessible within the third pane, eliminating the need to navigate to a separate dashboard. This saves valuable time and makes it easier to access important information.

The Third Pane provides access to pre-curated insightful widgets such as Share of Voice, Mention across Domains, Top Keywords, and more. This provides a comprehensive and streamlined view of your product data.

Social Listening Entities

The Product Insights Persona App, as part of its goal to be a complete end-to-end insights solution, includes native support for Sprinklr's listening entities such as Topics, Themes, and Keywords Lists.

This allows users to easily access their existing listening entities directly within the persona app and create new entities on the fly. This enhances efficiency by eliminating the need to navigate between multiple screens, providing a streamlined and intuitive experience for both new and existing users.

Product Dashboards

The Persona App offers users multiple pre-curated reporting templates designed for the most common Product Insights use cases. Templates such as Brand Health, Competitor Benchmarking, etc, are curated to give you a quick headstart without starting from scratch.

Insights Assistant

Insights Assistant is an invaluable tool that identifies key factors impacting your product. Not only does it identify sudden movements (dips and spikes) and trends across key product metrics, but also suggests avenues to improve product performance.

The Insights Assistant offers tailored suggestions on how to improve product metrics, with a targeted focus on specific product attributes that need attention. This helps analysts quickly prioritize their analysis, saving time and effort by focusing on high-impact areas.

The user-friendly interface of the Insights Assistant is designed to be engaging and actionable, providing quick access to valuable insights with minimal clicks, and supporting collaboration amongst multiple Sprinklr users across the organization.

Alerts & Reports

The Alerts & Reports section allows users to create and manage alerts and reports based on listening data. This section includes the Alert Manager, which allows users to set up custom alerts to keep track of key conversations, and Scheduled Reports, which allow users to track report performance and export reports for further analysis.
