In this article, we will cover the following accessibility features incorporated within each product that you can leverage to get the most out of your Sprinklr experience:

Navigation Assistant - A tool that will assist you with navigation across the platform. In Sprinklr, you have the keyboard shortcuts as the first element to help you navigate between tabs and options.

Note

Some web browsers have the focus option disabled for navigation across text fields and pop-up menus. You can enable them from — Preferences > Advanced > Press Tab to highlight each item on a page.

Assistive Technology(AT) - A tool that will assist you to work around your challenges while using the product. The screen reader technology will read aloud texts from your screen and help you understand its function for ease of use.
Note
Add a WCAG compliant Screen Reader extension to your web browser in order to leverage this capability.

You can add Alternate Texts (Alt Text) to your Ad Images or GIFs via Creative Library, Ads Composer, and Ads Manager.

Capability	Description
Alt Text	Add Alt Texts to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Image/GIF Media. Add Alt Texts to Twitter Cards. To learn more, see Add Alt Text to Ad Images or GIFs.
