Log Out from Sprinklr

Updated

You can log out from the Sprinklr environment manually or when the session expires. This article highlights a user being logged out from the Sprinklr environment when a session expires due to inactivity.

Deliberate Logout by the User

When you deliberately or forcefully logout from Sprinklr, you get logged out of your Sprinklr account from all the tabs on the browser. However, Sprinklr shows a confirmation message before forcefully logging out, so that you don’t lose on unsaved work while switching browsers or systems.

The User Prompt Session is shown Inactive when a User is Logged Out

When a user is logged out due to inactivity, the user prompt session will be shown as inactive. By default, the user prompt will show inactive based on your default time for logout. The popup window with the countdown will appear warning the user that the session will expire. If you don't want to continue the session then you can manually log out or else the session will expire once the countdown ends.

You will also receive a desktop notification with the session expiration warning when the pop-up for session expiry appears.
