Overview
Sprinklr's Support Portal is an On-Demand resource that provides recorded webcast training sessions, a Training Calendar, and more. Training Sessions are available for international time zones as well. If any targeted training sessions are needed for your team, please contact your Account Manager.
Sprinklr also offers 24/7 support through the Sprinklr Support team, which is available by submitting a Support Ticket here in the Support Portal or by emailing tickets@sprinklr.com.
