Subscribe to Sprinklr System Status Updates

Never miss a change in Sprinklr's system status by subscribing to email notification updates. Once you subscribe to the updates, you'll receive an email notification any time there is a change in the status of the Sprinklr platform or any social changes.
Subscribe to System Updates
- Login to your Sprinklr environment and click the Information icon
located on the top blue toolbar to the left of your user icon. Select Platform Status from the menu.

If you go to https://app-status.sprinklr.com/ and are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your login URL and will be sent to your Sprinklr login page after clicking Submit.
- Once you've accessed the System Status page, click Subscribe to Updates to the right of your name. Confirm your email address and click Subscribe once more. By subscribing to our status page, you will receive an email notification any time there is a change in the status of the Sprinklr platform or any social channels.
- Unsubscribe at any time to stop receiving platform status email notifications by clicking Unsubscribe to the right of your name. .
