Manage Global and Workspace Queues

Once you have created a queue within Sprinklr, you can edit your queue details, update your queue permissions and remove the queue permanently. In this section, we will go over how to manage workspace and global queues. Besides navigating to the workspace and global queues, the process of managing them is the same. We will go over how to manage a workspace queue, but keep in mind managing a global queue mirrors the steps for managing a workspace queue. Going forward, in this article, you will learn about:

To Edit a Global or Workspace Queue

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under Platform Modules, click All Settings within Listen.

  2. On the Platform Settings window, select Workspace Queues from the list of options. You can also search for it in the search bar above

  3. Hover over the Workspace Queue's Options icon Space_Icon_Options (Vertical).png and select Edit.UnifiedFrontOfficePlatform_PlatformSetup_ManageQueue_Edit.PNG

  4. Make the desired changes to the queue and click Save in the bottom right corner to update the queue details.UnifiedFrontOfficePlatform_PlatformSetup_ManageQueue_UpdateQueue.PNG

To Update Global or Workspace Queue Permissions

You can provide permission to specific Users or User Groups for them to view the queue once it is in a column, and to utilize the queue when moving messages manually and via the Rule Engine.

  1. Hover over the Workspace Queue's Options icon  and select Permission.UnifiedFrontOfficePlatform_PlatformSetup_ManageQueue_Permission.PNG

  2. On the Permissions pop-up window, select the Provisioned Users from the drop-down menu.

    Note: In Suggestion Global Queue and Approval Global Queues, when you click Permission, you can add both Provisioned Users and select users to View Permission

  3. Click Update in the bottom right corner of the Permissions pop-up window to save your changes.

To Delete a Global or Workspace Queue

  1. Hover over the Workspace Queue's Options icon  and select Delete.UnifiedFrontOfficePlatform_PlatformSetup_ManageQueue_Delete.PNG
