Subscribe to an Inbound Queue

Overview
You can add yourself as a subscriber to Inbound Message queue type. If any message is added to the inbound message queue to which you have subscribed, then you will receive a notification. [New feature in v8.5]
Ensure that the notification settings of Message Added to Queue under Inbound is turned on.

To Subscribe for Notifications
From the top navigation bar:
- From the main menu, go to Administration > Settings.
- On the left pane click
button and select Queues under Client or Partner, depending on your requirement.
- Locate an existing Inbound Message Queue and click Edit.
- Click Select Subscribers and add yourself or the user group as subscribers.
