Reporting on snapshot view of cases

Sprinklr gives you the ability to view Snapshot Reporting for cases in the Reporting Dashboard. You can track and compare the progress/status of different Case Custom Fields at different points of time. For example, if a case status was Open at 3:00 am yesterday, you can view the status of the case at the present moment and compare the values. In this article, you'll learn about:

To View Snapshot Reporting for All Cases
Click the New Tab icon and select Reporting within Analytics under Sprinklr Service.
On the Reporting Dashboard window, click Add Widget in the top right corner.
On the Create Custom Widget window of the New Reporting Dashboard, enter a name for the widget in the Widget Name section.
Select Social Analytics and the desired Visualization for your widget in Data Source and Select a visualization for your widget sections, respectively.
In What would you like to plot on your widget section, select Custom Property Assigned Interval and Custom Property Value as dimensions and Unique Case Count as a metric. All the changes will be rendered in the right of the window.
Click Add to Dashboard in the bottom right corner to add your created widget in the Reporting Dashboard.
Hover over the Points to track and compare the progress of different Case Custom Fields at different points of time.
To View Snapshot Reporting for a Single Case
Click the New Tab icon and select Reporting within Analytics under Sprinklr Service.
On the Reporting Dashboard window, click the Add Widget in the top right corner.
On the Create Custom Widget window, enter a name for the widget in the Widget Name section.

In the Filters section, select Case as a dimension and Case Number as values. The filtered case will be rendered in the right of the window.

On the Create Custom Widget window, enter a name for the widget in the Widget Name section.Select Social Analytics and the desired Visualization for your widget in Data Source and Select a visualization for your widget sections, respectively.
In What would you like to plot on your widget section, select Queue Assigned Interval and Case Queue as dimensions and Unique Case Count as metrics. All the changes will be rendered in the right of the window.
