Reporting on Work Queue Level Custom Fields

You can create custom fields at the Work Queue level, and in Unified Routing, assign values to them.

These custom fields can only be included in assignment engine reports, offering more detailed insights into the work queue’s properties. To create a report involving work queue level custom fields, it's mandatory to include the Work Queue Assignment Count metric and the Work Queue dimension. These elements ensure that the data is accurately represented and aligned with the specific work queue being analyzed.

Additionally, widgets and dashboards can be filtered by Custom Field Name (filter), allowing for more granular analysis and targeted insights based on specific criteria or attributes defined within the custom fields.
