The pre-trained intent library allows you to utilize curated, generic datasets for standard issue types and dialogue intents specific to various industry verticals.

To Add Intents

1. Click ML Models under AI Tools in Conversational AI Application.
   ​

2. Next, select the desired model and then click the dropdown icon besides the Add Intent button in the top right corner. Select Pre-Trained Intent Library from the available options.

3. Select the vertical pertaining to your industry/use case.

4. You now have the ability to carefully choose and select from a curated list of multiple intents that align best with your specific use case. These selected intents can be seamlessly imported into your existing intent repertoire.
