Permissions
Governance for the feature is supported at two levels:
Module-level permissions: Control access to the Conversation Insights feature
Report-level permissions: Control access to an individual Conversation Insights report
Module-level permissions
View: Ability to access the launchpad entry and enter record manager
Create: Ability to create new reports
Note: Launchpad entry for Conversation Insights will not be visible if no permissions are granted.
