Ways to Use the Shortened Link

1. You can paste the shortened link directly on your browser and to go to the page.

2. You can use the shortened link in articles, blogs, etc.

3. You can use the shortened link in your posts on Social Media Channels.

To Create a Shortened Link Without Creating a Post 

1. Log into the Sprinklr and press the Keyboard Shortcut to open the Custom Links pop-up window. The following shortcut keys are available:

   Depending on the OS you are using, press the below-mentioned keyboard shortcuts to open the Custom Links window.

   Operating System(OS)	Keyboard Shortcuts
   Mac	control + shift + K
   Windows	Ctrl + Shift + K

2. In the Custom Links pop-up window, under the Create Shortlink enter or paste the Link and select the desired URL Shortner from the drop-down menu.

3. Click Shorten in the bottom right corner of the Custom Links pop-up window.

4. Next, copy your short link by clicking on the Copy icon under the Shortened Link.

5. Click Done in the bottom right corner of the Custom Links pop-up window to generate another shortened URL.

To Track all the Previously Created Shortened Link

1. In the Custom Links pop-up window, under the Previous Links, you can view and keep a track of all the previously created shortened links.

2. You can also Search  to narrow your searches. And Refresh for better results.
