Smart Compose, powered by AI, enhances agent productivity by providing text predictions and suggestions for quicker replies. Agents can leverage this feature in Care Console, Agent Console, or Engagement Dashboards while composing responses to customers. By accepting smart recommendations using the Tab or Right Arrow Key, agents can expedite their response time.
The AI model behind Smart Compose generates predictive text based on historical conversations between agents and customers, ensuring a higher level of accuracy. The model is continuously trained to improve the quality and relevance of text predictions, enabling agents to provide efficient and accurate responses to customer queries.
Points to Note
Currently, Smart Compose functionality is available only in English. If you would like to explore support for other languages, kindly reach out to our support team at tickets@sprinklr.com.
It is not supported for channels that have a rich text editor.
It utilizes a global model that is layered with industry-specific models with high relevancy.
It is supported on various channels except for email.
Use Cases of Smart Compose
Reduces the time taken to reply to customers.
Helps save time by cutting back on repetitive writing while reducing the chance of spelling and grammatical errors.
Suggests relevant contextual phrases. For example, if it's Friday or a public holiday, it may suggest "Have a great weekend!" or “Happy Easter” as a closing phrase or a starting phrase “Thanks for your feedback”.
Increases agents productivity thereby reducing AHT.
