Leveraging Smart Themes, an unsupervised Clustering technology, allows you to comprehend untracked contact drivers efficiently and generate intents swiftly for their tracking.

To Create Intents

1. To proceed, hover over the desired cluster and click on the Track option. This action will open the Track Phrase as Intent window.

   

2. On the Track Phrase as Intent window, choose the appropriate Language and Model for intent mapping. Then, you can select the Intent, Sub-group, and Group to organize and categorize related intents together. If you choose to leave the Sub-group and Group fields empty, the system will automatically copy the Intent value. Once you've made your selections, simply click the Track button located at the bottom.
