By adding VKontakte as a Listening source, you can listen to and learn from VKontakte data in real-time.
VKontakte (VK), aka "Russian Facebook", is Russia's largest social media platform. VKontakte attracted millions of users around the former Soviet countries, such as Kazakhstan, Belarus, Latvia, Moldova, and so on. It is the 14th most visited website globally, has 60 million daily users, and supports more than 80 languages.
Sprinklr has access to the entire VKontakte firehose, a stream of user activities from VKontakte.This means that every post, every comment, and every reply is logged in Sprinklr.

To fetch data from VKontakte
In order to fetch data from VKontakte, you need to create a Topic with VKontakte as its source.
While creating or editing your Topic, click the Apply Filters tab and select VK as one of the Social Channels.
You can also select Source: VK from the dashboard/widget filter.

To backfill data from VKontakte
Once the topic is created/ updated, you can backfill the topic going far back to Quarter 2 of 2020.

Limitations
VK does not provide profile level metadata and followers count, hence reach metric and AI enriched field: Gender is not available.
Location metadata is unavailable.
