1. Each message imported in Sprinklr for a specific conversationId should have a distinct messageId.

2. When importing a message for the first time, ensure you use a unique conversationId. For subsequent messages related to the same conversation, maintain the same conversationId. Otherwise, a new case will be generated.

3. To import messages into Sprinklr, make sure to use a source-agnostic account type.

4. When utilizing the Source Agnostic - Send Message API, a new profile for the sender will be created.

5. When importing a message for an existing conversation, it is possible to have different sender and receiver profiles compared to the ones previously used.
