Once the Source Agnostic channel is enabled for your environment, the first step is to set up a Source Agnostic account. The steps are listed below.

Add a Source Agnostic Account

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Platform Modules, click All Settings within Listen.

2. Under Manage Workspace, click Accounts.

3. Click Add Account in the top right corner.

4. Search and select Source Agnostic.

   

5. On the Add Source Agnostic account window, add a unique Name for your account and add an optional profile image.

   

6. Click Save at the bottom. You will be redirected to the Update Account window, where you can configure other details such as permissions, shareability, custom properties, etc.

7. Click Save at the bottom to complete the setup for your source agnostic account.
